Vincent DiCindio is a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory Group at Peapack Private Investment Banking. Working out of Princeton, Vincent is responsible for indirect asset-based lending originations, along with delivery of treasury management and wealth solutions to clients and prospects. He is responsible for developing strategic relationships with industry experts that have proven track records in the middle-market space.
Vincent has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, as well as entrepreneurial and consultancy experience of several years. He is a tenured banker that has held key positions with several major banks including TD Bank, JPMorgan Chase Card Services, and AIG Consumer Finance Group. Vincent also held progressively responsible roles at Citigroup throughout a 17-year period where he ultimately served as senior vice president, finance director for the credit card division.
Vincent, a resident of West Windsor, New Jersey has a BBA in Management from The College of William and Mary and earned his MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.
Matthew Luczyk is a Senior Vice President and Head of the Corporate Advisory group at Peapack Private Investment Banking. He is responsible for helping clients with investment banking activities including sell side, buy side, corporate finance, and corporate development advisory.
Prior to joining Peapack Private Investment Banking, Matthew spent six years at Corporate Fuel Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm in New York. Over that time, Mr. Luczyk provided strategic guidance and completed numerous transactions for both public and private middle market clients. Matthew has worked on assignments in variety of industries, with a considerable amount of focus on firms operating in the diversified industrial and business service sectors.
Before joining Corporate Fuel, Matthew was a Summer Investment Banking Analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Philadelphia, PA where he was responsible for analysis, valuation, and preparation of materials for transactions, primarily in the infrastructure and financial institution verticals.
Matthew graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Finance & Accounting and a minor in Economics. Mr. Luczyk holds a FINRA Series 79 license. Matthew is an avid hockey fan and goalie, having played the majority of his life.
Eric H. Waser is the Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking at Peapack Private Investment Banking. Eric leads the division’s focus on providing independent, unbiased and objective advice to middle-market companies and their owners. This includes merger and acquisition advisory support, evaluation and assistance with accessing alternative capital markets, evaluation of strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value, and customized structured finance based on asset-based and/or enterprise value.
Eric is part of an executive team that is laser-focused on providing both new and existing clients with the bank’s unique brand of private banking. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and private banking. He joined the Bank in 2015 as the head of commercial banking. Prior to joining the Bank, he was as managing director for Citibank’s East Business Banking Division, which achieved superior growth and risk adjusted returns through his direction. Prior to Citibank, Waser was the senior vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Clean Venture, Inc., one of the largest private environmental remediation companies in the US. Throughout his career, as president of Mid Atlantic Corporate Banking, CEO-NJ and managing director at Sovereign Bank and executive vice president at Fleet Boston Financial/Nat West Bank, Eric focused on all aspects of Retail and Commercial Banking Segments including; business banking, middle market, large corporate, leveraged lending, and professional services, healthcare and not-for-profit specialty segments.
Mr. Waser holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business, and has taught extensively on advanced credit, sales and leadership training topics and programs. He holds the FINRA Series 63, 79, and 24 licenses.
Patrick R. Brocker is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance for the Investment Banking team at Peapack Private Investment Banking. He is responsible for establishing cash flow leveraged finance and asset-based lending product capabilities. These products play a critical role in wealth creation, preservation, diversification and succession strategies for many of our private banking clients and prospects who own businesses by facilitating the purchase, sale, rapid expansion or rehabilitation of businesses.
Patrick has over 30 years of financial services experience with a concentration on asset-based and middle market leveraged finance and expertise in origination, underwriting and relationship management. Through the years, he delivered value-added solutions that created substantial wealth for prospects and clients, as well as decades of exceptional returns for the institutions he represented, maximizing safe and profitable growth. Mr. Brocker previously served in key roles in NYC as President of AmSouth Capital, a national Leveraged Lending and Asset Based Lending unit of AmSouth Bank; Senior Vice President, Northeast Marketing Manager of Fleet Capital, and Senior Vice President, Division Head of NatWest Specialized Finance, a unit of National Westminster Bank, USA.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Marquette University. He has been active for over 20 years in the Commercial Finance/ABL (Asset Based Lending) Industry Association and is a member of the Association’s Executive Committee. He is also an active member of St. David the King Catholic Church and has served in the Princeton-based Healthcare Ministries, helping the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
Senior Advisor
John Bolebruch is a Senior Advisor within the Corporate Advisory Group at Peapack Private Investment Banking. He assists the Corporate Advisory team in continuing to develop and grow its successful investment banking business. His responsibilities include client management, new business development and project oversight.
John has spent 40 years as an investment banker working with both large and small public and private industrial, aerospace/defense, business services, and consumer product manufacturing companies. John began his career in New York City as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and later his banking career with the capital markets group of First Boston in 1983. Subsequently, he joined the Northeast Industrial Investment Banking group, where he served as Managing Director in 1992. John’s career also included the roles of Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and ING Barings Furman Selz LLC; and most recently, as a Partner with the boutique investment bank, Corporate Fuel Advisors, where was employed for 11 years. John has extensive experience in advising public and private companies on various buy and sell merger and acquisition (M&A) strategies, valuations, and public and private capital market financings.
Mr. Bolebruch graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York and Pennsylvania. He was previously a member of the Advisory Board for Lehigh's College of Business and Economics; Chaired the Board of the Lower East Side Family Union, a child welfare agency; was Director of NY State Parks and Trail; and served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Rockaway Initiative for Sustainability and Equity. John is currently a Board member of Blasch Precision Ceramics in Albany, NY.
Mason Smith is an Investment Banking Analyst in the Corporate Advisory Group with Peapack Private Investment Banking. He is responsible for supporting the team with investment banking activities such as sell side, buy side, corporate finance, and corporate development advisory.
Before joining Peapack Private Investment Banking permanently, Mason participated as an intern with the organization and was responsible for managing outreach for buy side and sell side clients, as well as for the preparation of transactional materials.
Mason holds a Bachelor’s degree with high honors in Quantitative finance with a minor in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Mason holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
