F. Duffield Meyercord, Chairman

Partner of Carl Marks Advisory Group, LLC; President, Meyercord Advisors, Inc. Director since 1991.

F. Duffield Meyercord has been the Chairman of the Board of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation and the Bank since December 2013. He serves as Executive Committee Chair, as well as Compensation Committee Chair.

Mr. Meyercord is a Partner of Carl Marks Advisory Group, LLC; President, Meyercord Advisors, Inc.; Director of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. (formerly Programmer’s Paradise, Inc.). Mr. Meyercord has 40 years of experience in directing strategic projects and providing operational advisory services to numerous businesses, which is invaluable to the Board’s oversight of corporate strategy.

Carmen M. Bowser

Retired; Previously Managing Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Division, Capital One Bank, N.A. Director since 2017.

Carmen Bowser was named to the Board of Directors in September 2017. Ms. Bowser most recently served as Managing Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Division, at Capital One Bank, N.A., New York, NY, where she was responsible for a geographically dispersed 100-person team which provided the “first line of defense” for new loan originations and asset management.

Prior to joining Capital One, Ms. Bowser was a Principal/Managing Director for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where she led the commercial mortgage origination teams in McLean, Virginia, Boston, Massachusetts and New York City, overseeing annual team loan production of approximately $800 million across an expansive platform of FNMA, General Account, conduit, bridge, interim and mezzanine loans. She has held similar positions at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, NY, Arbor National Commercial Corp, Los Angeles, CA, and The Prudential Insurance Company of America, LA, NY and Newark, NJ.

A graduate of William Smith College with an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, she is National Association of Corporate Directorship Certified and a member of Women Corporate Directors, Women in the Boardroom, the Urban Land Institute and WX, Inc., an organization for executive women in commercial real estate. Ms. Bowser is a Board Member and Vice Chair of Building for the Arts NY, Inc. and a former independent board member of Columbia Property Trust.

Patrick Campion

Retired; Previously Americas Region Head - Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank.

Director since 2023.

Patrick Campion is an innovative financial services executive with more than 20 years of expertise leading US regional and international wealth management businesses at Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and Citi Private Bank, driving both financial and cultural transformations. Patrick led successful strategies for business growth, sales and performance management, client experience and regulatory compliance. A visible LGBT executive, Patrick is a long-standing advocate for diversity with a reputation for building healthy workplace cultures of purpose, communication, transparency, and accountability.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is NACD Directorship CertifiedTM. He is currently a board member of The Normandy Institute and a former member of various bank boards and executive committees including Deutsche Bank USA, Deutsche Bank Securities, Deutsche Bank Foundation, the University of Connecticut Foundation and Housing Works.

Dr. Susan A. Cole

Retired; Previously President of Montclair State University, Director since 2014.

Dr. Susan A. Cole was named to the Board of Directors in February 2014. Dr. Cole is now retired. Previously, she served as the president of Montclair State University, the second largest university in New Jersey, with close to 20,000 students. She began her tenure in September of 1998. From 1993 to 1998 she served as President of Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to that she held positions as Vice President for University Administration and Personnel at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Associate University Dean for Academic Affairs at Antioch University, and was a faculty member at The City University of New York.

Anthony J. Consi

Retired; Previously Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, Weichert Realtors. Director since 2000.

Anthony J. Consi II was named to the Board of Directors in 2000. Mr. Consi is now retired. Previously, Mr. Consi served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, Weichert Realtors. Mr. Consi had 15 years of public accounting experience with Coopers & Lybrand and 22 years of finance and operations leadership at Weichert Realtors, both of which are invaluable to his role on the Board and as an Audit Committee member.

Richard Daingerfield

Retired; Previously Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Director since 2014.

Richard Daingerfield was named to the Board of Directors in August 2014. Mr. Daingerfield is now retired. Previously, Mr. Daingerfield served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Daingerfield has expertise in corporate governance, executive management, risk management, corporate banking and commercial banking. His broad legal experience in all aspects of commercial and retail banking, including international and domestic private banking, are invaluable to his role as Risk Committee Chairman.

Edward A. Gramigna, Jr.

Mr. Gramigna is a Partner and Member of the Management Board of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP. Mr. Gramigna has 26 years of experience in trust, estate planning and estate administration, which is invaluable in the oversight of our wealth management division.

Peter D. Horst

Peter Horst is a Fortune 500 Chief Marketing Officer with 30 years of marketing leadership experience across diverse industries in consumer and business products, services and technology for market leaders such as Capital One, General Mills, US West (Century Link), Hershey and Ameritrade. He is the founder of CMO, Inc., and serves as a consultant, author, speaker, board member and advisor to senior executives on marketing strategy, messaging and growth planning.

Peter is a graduate of Harvard University and Dartmouth College’s, Tuck School of Business. He is a Forbes contributor and author of the best-selling book, Marketing in the #FakeNews Era.

Steven A. Kass

Retired; Previously Chief Executive Officer of Rothstein Kass and former senior partner of KPMG. Director since 2018.

Steven A. Kass was named to the Board of Directors in January of 2018. He is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Rothstein Kass and former senior partner of KPMG, the firm that acquired Rothstein Kass in 2016.

As CEO of Rothstein Kass, Mr. Kass developed and implemented corporate strategy, championed organizational culture, core values, business purpose, guiding principles, diversity and women’s initiatives. His firm was once named to Fortune magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work for in the United States. Kass was responsible for the oversight of the firm’s financial performance and risk management, including crisis response and corporate governance. He negotiated the sale of Rothstein Kass firm assets to KPMG and as senior partner at KPMG, he facilitated the subsequent integration and assimilation of the two firms.

A graduate of Syracuse University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he served as Co-Chairman of the Board at Rothstein Kass from 2005 - 2014, and was a member of the Executive Committee from 1995 - 2014, serving as Chair from 2005 - 2014. Mr. Kass is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the American College of Corporate Directors, the Association of Audit Committee Members, the KPMG Audit Committee Institute and the Private Directors Association. He is also a former board member of Sun Bancorp and AGN International, an international affiliation of accounting firms. He is a member of both the Whitman School of Management and the Lubin School of Accounting Advisory Boards for Syracuse University.

Mr. Kass is qualified to serve on the Board of Directors of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation and as the Audit Committee Chair because of his public company accounting and management level experience.

Patrick J. Mullen

Retired; Previously Director of Banking, State of New Jersey, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Director since 2019.

Patrick Mullen is a highly experienced financial services professional with a distinguished history of team building and effective relationship management. He is an accomplished and seasoned leader, who recently retired as the Director of Banking, State of New Jersey, for the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, for which he worked for eight years. There, among other things, he was responsible for the examination and supervision of all state-chartered banks and credit unions and state-licensed non-bank financial institutions.

Patrick earned his Master’s Degree from Ball State University and his Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis College. His career in financial services included time spent at Chemical Bank, A.G. Becker, Inc, Kidder Peabody, Inc., Barclays Capital/BZW Securities, ABN AMRO, Inc., Alliance Capital and Sound Securities, LLC, before landing at the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

Philip W. Smith, III

Philip W. Smith III was named to the Board of Directors in 1995. Mr. Smith is the President of Phillary Management, Inc., a real estate management company. Mr. Smith has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate agency and management, which is invaluable to the Board’s oversight of the Corporation’s real estate loan portfolio.

Tony Spinelli

Chief Information Officer for Urban One, Inc. Director since 2017.

Tony Spinelli was named to the Board of Directors in May of 2017. Mr. Spinelli serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Urban One, Inc. where he manages all aspects of the company's technology function. Prior to joining Urban One, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer and President, Cyberdivision for Fractal Industries, Inc., a venture-backed artificial intelligence and machine learning decision-platform focused on advancing digital analytics in both cybersecurity and risk management. Previously he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Capital One Financial, responsible for developing and leading the cybersecurity and technology risk management program for the organization. Prior to Capital One, Tony was the Chief Information Security Officer of Tyco International, Equifax and First Data Corporation, where he led global teams responsible for security engineering, security operations, security compliance and policy and cybersecurity threat management.

Mr. Spinelli maintains Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accreditation and serves on the boards of Per Scholas, the US Department of Defense and Georgia Tech Institute for Information Security and Privacy. Tony has also served on the board of advisors for Cisco, Cylance, Kudelski Security, and IBM. He holds multiple patents in such areas as data loss prevention and methods of network risk reduction and internet browsing habits.

Beth Welsh

General Manager, Bassett Associates, a real estate management company. Director since 2012.

Beth Welsh was named to the Board of Directors in October 2012. Ms. Welsh is the General Manager of Bassett Associates. She has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market as well as her past banking experience, which is invaluable to the Board’s oversight of the Corporation’s real estate lending and small business banking.

John P. Babcock

Senior Executive Vice President, President | Wealth Management

John Babcock is a Senior Executive Vice President and is the President of the Bank’s wealth division. He is responsible for all of the Company’s wealth management activities including investment management, trust and fiduciary services, financial planning, custody, banking and lending solutions for high net worth, institutional and not-for profit clients.

He is a member of the Company’s Senior Management Executive Committee, the Asset and Liability Committee, the Firm Risk Committee, the New Jersey Trust Wealth Oversight Committee and is a board member of PGB Trust and Investment of Delaware.

Over his 40+ year career he has led commercial and wealth management/private bank businesses in New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia and surrounding markets. Immediately prior to joining the bank in 2014, he was the managing director in charge of the Northeast Mid-Atlantic region for the HSBC Private Bank. Prior to that, he was the New York Metro Market Executive for U.S. Trust - the largest of U.S. Trust’s 53 markets in the U.S.

John is a 1980 graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and has an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. John is a life-long resident of New Jersey and is avid golfer and paddle tennis player. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey State Golf Association Caddie Scholarship Foundation and the New Jersey Seniors Golf Association.

Frank A. Cavallaro

Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Frank Cavallaro joined Peapack Private Bank & Trust in October of 2022 as Senior Executive Vice President. He became the Chief Financial Officer in November 2022. He joined the Bank from Republic Bank, where since 2012, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A Certified Public Accountant, Frank has held senior level positions at several financial institutions and CPA firms throughout his more than 30-year career.

Frank has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University School of Business, Camden, NJ.

Gregory M. Smith

Senior Executive Vice President, President of Commercial Banking

Gregory M. Smith is a Senior Executive Vice President and President of Commercial Banking at Peapack Private Bank & Trust. Greg leads commercial banking across the organization and maintains the company’s focus on providing advice-led solutions to its large-level commercial clients.

Greg is a seasoned business banking professional who joined Peapack-Private Bank & Trust from Capital One Bank where, for seven years, he served as the group sales executive for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, responsible for the $2 - $25 million business banking segment from Virginia to Massachusetts. During his more than 15 years with Capital One Bank, Greg held several senior-level strategic, sales and team leadership roles, where he was responsible for generating millions in new business, including both loan and deposit generation. Prior to Capital One Bank, Greg worked at Summit Bank for 15 years, moving up the ranks to senior regional vice president, responsible for directing a significant segment of the NJ market.

Greg holds an MBA in Business Administration/ Finance from Rider University, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude, and a BS in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he also graduated with distinction.

Lisa Chalkan

Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

As Chief Credit Officer, Lisa Chalkan is responsible for directing the Bank’s credit professionals and quality assurance teams to efficiently manage the high growth of the Bank’s loan originations and ensure continued high asset quality. She is a career banker with more than 30 years of financial services experience in all aspects of credit administration and the underwriting and managing of policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Peapack Private Bank & Trust, Ms. Chalkan served at Capital One N.A. where she held executive level positions as Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Credit Policy; Director of Loan Administration/Commercial Banking; and Manager of Middle Market Underwriting, responsible for defining credit parameters and authorities for commercial business and the build-out of a centralized credit administration team. Over the years, she also held key roles at Fleet Boston Financial/Bank of America and HSBC Bank USA/HSBC Securities, Inc.

Ms. Chalkan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Rutgers University. She is proficient in Spanish and earned a Certificate with Honors from the National Commercial Lending School. Lisa is a key contributor to the Board of Trustees of the Union County Economic Development Corporation, and past honoree as a Woman of Influence in Finance by the Women’s Fund of New Jersey.

Stuart Vorcheimer

Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial and Industrial Lending

Stuart Vorcheimer is the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial and Industrial Lending at Peapack Private Bank & Trust. Working out of Teaneck, NJ, Stuart is responsible for leading the Bank’s team of commercial private bankers, who are focused on providing high-touch, personal client service in the Bank’s C&I lending business, while also providing wealth and deposit solutions for commercial businesses in northern NJ and the Tri-State.

Stuart has 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on middle market companies, ensuring long-term achievement of their financial goals. Prior to Peapack Private Bank & Trust, he served as senior vice president, senior relationship manager, middle market and commercial banking at Capital One Bank, growing business revenues through commercial banking relationship and portfolio management, cross sell strategies and new client acquisition. Additionally, he was responsible for the contractor lending specialty team, which led to relationship success throughout NJ. Previously, as senior vice president at Bank of America, Stuart was instrumental in the growth, profitability and cross sell of all bank products, achieving the Bank’s Pinnacle Award for five consecutive years.

Mr. Vorcheimer holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Hartford. Stuart is a current member of the board of directors and the former board chairman of the Metropolitan YMCA, the largest YMCA association in NJ. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the Metropolitan YMCA’s annual Kids Care golf tournament and serves on the executive, investment, and executive compensation committees and the YMCA merger task force.

Brydget Falk-Drigan

Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Brydget Falk-Drigan is the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Peapack Private Bank & Trust. Ms. Falk-Drigan oversees the Bank’s Human Resources function, building upon its existing strategic plan, success and growth.

Brydget brings 27 years of human resources experience in the financial services industry to the bank, with a focus on organizational development, employee engagement, talent attraction, onboarding, operational excellence, team member communications and best-in-class overall human resources experience. Her proven track record over the years includes attracting, developing and retaining new talent, contributing to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Prior to joining PGB, Ms. Falk-Drigan served as Leader, Global Talent Solutions and People Operations, Leader, Global Talent Acquisition, and Leader, Employee Engagement and Internal Communications at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in Short Hills, NJ. There she led HR operations, systems implementations/enhancements, employment branding, talent acquisition, onboarding and the incorporation of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. Additionally, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Winning Culture/Talent Development Leader, she provided business partner support to the U.S. Dun & Bradstreet sales organization, helping to drive significant growth through the advancement of a strong performance culture, while also advancing the development of the company’s winning culture strategy in support of its aspiration and brand. Ms. Falk-Drigan began her career in Canada, and occupied the role of VP, Human Resources at Dun & Bradstreet Canada, prior to relocating to the U.S., supporting various lines of business and building a winning culture focused on succession planning and career development.

Ms. Falk-Drigan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, Canada, and holds a Canadian Human Resource Management Certificate (CHRM) from the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada.

Eric H. Waser

Executive Vice President, Head of Peapack Private Investment Banking

Eric H. Waser is the Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking at Peapack Private Investment Banking. Eric leads the division’s focus on providing independent, unbiased and objective advice to middle-market companies and their owners. This includes merger and acquisition advisory support, evaluation and assistance with accessing alternative capital markets, evaluation of strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value, and customized structured finance based on asset-based and/or enterprise value.

Eric is part of an executive team that is laser-focused on providing both new and existing clients with the bank’s unique brand of private banking. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and private banking. He joined the Bank in 2015 as the head of commercial banking. Prior to joining the Bank, he was as managing director for Citibank’s East Business Banking Division, which achieved superior growth and risk adjusted returns through his direction. Prior to Citibank, Waser was the senior vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Clean Venture, Inc., one of the largest private environmental remediation companies in the US. Throughout his career, as president of Mid Atlantic Corporate Banking, CEO-NJ and managing director at Sovereign Bank and executive vice president at Fleet Boston Financial/Nat West Bank, Eric focused on all aspects of Retail and Commercial Banking Segments including; business banking, middle market, large corporate, leveraged lending, and professional services, healthcare and not-for-profit specialty segments.

Mr. Waser holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business, and has taught extensively on advanced credit, sales and leadership training topics and programs. He holds the FINRA Series 63, 79, and 24 licenses.

Maureen E. Hemhauser

Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Compliance

Maureen E. Hemhauser is the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Compliance, responsible for administering the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Program and responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Regulatory Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Anti-Money Laundering programs. Maureen was the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer at Peapack Private Bank & Trust from February 2015 until August 2019.

Maureen is a financial services professional with 29 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Peapack Private Bank & Trust, she served as a Senior Compliance Manager at FIS Global for established and de novo financial institutions throughout New Jersey and New York. Maureen was also responsible for conducting monitoring reviews of all consumer compliance and CRA regulations, BSA risk assessments, BSA audits, and BSA and Fair Lending training for boards of directors. She previously served at the FDIC as a Financial Institution Examiner and Supervisory Review Examiner in the FDIC’s New York Regional Office, where she was responsible for the management of bank regulatory and CRA examination caseloads of over 90 financial institutions in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico.

Ms. Hemhauser holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Robert A. Plante

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Bob Plante is a seasoned executive, proficient in tactical and operational leadership within the financial services industry. He has an extensive skill set with a focus on delivering high-value results. Adept at generating business value, Bob is an outstanding team builder and coach with expertise in business alignment, innovation and operations, mergers, acquisitions and integration, regulatory compliance, and performance management.

Bob most recently served as executive vice president and chief operations officer/chief information officer at IDB New York, a $9.8 billion commercial bank, where he was a member of the credit risk, market risk and asset liability committees. In his role, he was responsible for all back-office support functions including payments, deposits, commercial and residential lending, treasury, custody, commercial cash management and information technology.

An experienced banker, Bob has also held leadership positions at The CIT Group, a global commercial and consumer finance company with $5.6 billion in revenue and more than 7,000 employees in 31 countries, and at GE Capital Global Consumer Finance, where he was a member of the senior management team responsible for technical strategy development and integration, systems selection and implementation, data center consolidation, acquisition due diligence and organizational planning and recruiting.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.), Finance, from the University of Vermont. Bob has been recognized as a “Top Innovator” by Information Week and named a “Top 100 CIO” by CIO Magazine. He also has been awarded the “Individual Achievement” award from CancerCare of New Jersey.

Thomas J. Ross, Jr.

Executive Vice President

Thomas J. Ross, Jr. is an Executive Vice President, responsible for providing financial, tax and investment advice to high-net worth individuals. He is the former Partner-In-Charge of Coopers & Lybrand’s Personal Financial Services Group in the New York metropolitan area. While at C&L, he served on the firm’s National PFS Steering Committee and played an integral role in founding C&L’s Registered Investment Advisory subsidiary, eventually serving on its Investment Policy Committee.

Over the past 30 years, Tom has developed a particular expertise in planning for senior corporate executives. He is well versed in the optimization of compensation and benefits programs and the financial aspects of employment contracts. Tom has worked with over three-dozen current or retired Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers and/or Presidents of major American corporations.

Tom has been named to Worth Magazine’s “Top 100 Financial Advisors” list and to “Who’s Who in Finance” and “Who’s Who in America.” He has written many technical articles, instructed at numerous professional education programs, and has been quoted in much of the national financial press. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) with a BA in English from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. Tom serves on the Board of the Mayo Performing Arts Center and helped to lead a strategic plan review for the Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown. He has been very active in St. Catherine of Siena Parish where he served as Chair of the Finance Council.

Tom also served as a longtime member of the Board of Trustees of The Tri-County Scholarship Fund and currently serves on the boards of several private foundations. Tom has been involved in the Boston College admissions program since 1973 and served on the Executive Committee of the school’s Wall Street Council in New York City.

Kevin Runyon

Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer

Kevin Runyon is an Executive Vice President of Peapack Private Bank t. He is responsible for leveraging emerging technologies in support of the Bank’s strategic direction, ultimately solidifying Peapack Private Bank & Trust as a leader in products, services and innovation. He is a member of the North Jersey Bankers Association, New Jersey Bankers Association and Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Kevin has more than 34 years of knowledge and experience in the banking technology industry. Prior to Peapack Private Bank & Trust he served as Managing Director of All Covered, a Division of Konica Minolta in Cherry Hill, NJ, where he was responsible for the delivery of technology and IT compliance-related services to over 100 banks across the country. Kevin has held high-level information technology positions with United Computer, OceanFirst Bank, CoreStates Bank and National State Bank of Elizabeth, with a focus on technology issues that affect the bottom line of business.

Vincent A. Spero

Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial Real Estate Lending

Vincent A. Spero is Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Peapack Private Bank & Trust. He is responsible for directing the commercial real estate function and guiding the bank's overall commercial real estate lending strategic plan.

Vince has over 30 years of banking experience in community, commercial, private banking and SBA lending, specializing in commercial real estate lending. He joined Peapack Private Bank & Trust in June of 2008 as senior vice president and senior commercial lender, responsible for managing the commercial lending sales team and maintaining the organization's commercial loan portfolio. He was appointed executive vice president and chief lending officer of Peapack Private Bank & Trust in 2009. Prior to joining Peapack Private Bank & Trust, he had held senior level positions at both Lakeland Bank and Commerce Bank.

Vince is a graduate of Wagner College and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in their MBA Program.

Andrew F. Corrado

Executive Vice President, President | New York

Andrew F. Corrado is the Executive Vice President of Peapack Private’s New York location. He brings more than 35 years of experience to the organization, previously serving as Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial and Private Banking – Northeast, and Senior Vice President, Group Director, at Flagstar Bank, formerly Signature Bank, New York, NY. Prior to that as Senior Vice President and Head of Professional Services and Private Banking at Capital One Bank in NY, he developed and executed vision and strategy for commercial bank clients and was responsible for sales and service nationally, managing four regional team leaders. At Capital One Bank he was also the Market President, Long Island Region; Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Commercial Private Banking; and Divisional Senior Vice President, Regional Branch Administrator, North Fork Bank, formerly Capital One. He held additional notable roles at GreenPoint Savings Bank, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and European American Bank.

Andrew holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Bryant University in Rhode Island and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. He is a Board and Finance Committee member of United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island and a Vice Chair and Treasurer of The Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education. He is a past President of the Hofstra University Alumni Organization and an active member of the Hofstra Zarb School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.

President, Peapack Capital

Rich Johnston is President, Peapack Capital, the equipment finance subsidiary of Peapack Private Bank & Trust, which focuses on equipment finance and leasing. Rich is responsible for overseeing all originations and asset finance transactions from bank lessors, independent lessors, finance companies and intermediaries, in addition to out-bound syndications. Since joining Peapack Capital in 2017, he has played a significant role in the growth of this important business segment.

Mr. Johnston has over 30 years of leasing and structured finance expertise in the origination of middle market and large-ticket asset finance transactions in the primary and secondary syndication markets and on a direct basis. He has a consistent track record as a top performer at all levels of his career in equipment finance. Rich’s knowledge and experience in the marketplace gives Peapack Capital a tremendous advantage. Prior to Peapack Capital, Rich served in Capital Markets roles at Sumitomo-Mitsui Finance and Leasing Co., Ltd.; Citizens Asset Finance; and AIG Commercial Asset Finance and Siemens Financial Services, Inc.

Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut and Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University, New York, NY.
