Vice President, Client Service Team Leader

Elizabeth Farrell is a Vice President, Client Service Team Leader with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She supervises a team of Client Service Officers in multiple Peapack Private Wealth Management locations. She also oversees day-to-day operations within the former Murphy Capital Management group which was acquired by Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Elizabeth has over 35 years of experience in investment operations management and client account administration.

Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Elizabeth served as a Senior Trading and Reporting Manager at New Amsterdam Partners LLC and as a Director at FTN Midwest Securities Corporation, both in New York City. Prior to that, she held positions at ABN AMIRO Inc., The Robinson-Humphrey Co. Inc., and Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Plymouth State University. She currently serves as the Finance Chair of the Chatham Great Reunion Committee.

Vice President, Client Service Officer

Kathleen F. Heine is a Vice President, Senior Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She is responsible for providing high quality service and responsiveness to existing and prospective clients and advisors. Kathleen has 31 years of financial services experience and strives to ensure and improve client satisfaction at all times.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Kathleen was an Office Manager and Client Service Officer for Lucas Capital Management in Red Bank, New Jersey, which she joined at inception in 1992. She also worked for 5 years at Smith Barney in their Red Bank and Shrewsbury, New Jersey locations where she ran the orientation program and later became a Client Service Officer.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University. She is also a participant in Clean Ocean Action and Wreaths Across America.

Leigh W. Anderson

Vice President, Client Service Officer

Leigh W. Anderson is a Vice President, Senior Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She is responsible for maintaining high quality service and responsiveness to clients, prospects, financial planners, and wealth advisors. As a member of the Peapack Private Wealth Management team, she strives to ensure and improve client satisfaction at all times. Leigh has 40 years of financial services experience working in various posts throughout the years.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Leigh worked as an Office Manager for Noyes Capital Management LLC in New Vernon, New Jersey, and Financial Guidance Associates LLC in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. She also served as Treasurer of the First Presbyterian Church of New Vernon in New Vernon, New Jersey. Additionally, Leigh worked as a paralegal in trusts and estates for Day Pitney LLP in Morristown, New Jersey. She has also worked in Marketing and Operations for Merrill Lynch in New York City and Princeton, New Jersey.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lehigh University.

Vice President, Client Service Team Leader

Janine R. Murtha is a Vice President, Senior Client Services Officer, Private Wealth Management at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Based at the Bank’s Headquarters in Bedminster, New Jersey, Janine is an integral part of the wealth management team that assists high-net-worth individuals, families and non-profit organizations in developing a comprehensive wealth management plan that incorporates comprehensive investment planning strategies.

Previously, Ms. Murtha served as assistant branch manager of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Gladstone location. With 16 years of banking expertise, Janine also held financial services roles as Business Development Officer at PNC Wealth Management in Princeton, New Jersey and as Financial Planning Consultant at JP Morgan Chase in New York City where she cultivated client relationships and provided guidance in investment, portfolio management and trust and estate services as well as deposit and loan accounts and personal financial plans.

A resident of Gladstone, New Jersey, Janine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Science from McGill University. She earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from Adelphi University. Throughout the years, Janine has been an active volunteer serving as Treasurer for various nonprofit organizations including HiTops in Princeton, St. Luke’s Church and Gill St. Bernard’s School Parents’ Association in Gladstone and the Mansion in May event sponsored by the Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center.

Vice President, Client Service Officer

Maryjane DeMaria is a Vice President, Client Service Officer II with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She provides comprehensive and attentive service to clients. Maryjane has been helping new clients through their transition to Peapack Private Wealth Management and handles all transactional and reporting activities relating to their accounts. She has over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service.

Prior to working at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Maryjane was a Client Service Manager at Princeton Portfolio Strategies Group in Princeton, New Jersey. She also served as a Registered Client Associate at UBS Financial Services and Merrill Lynch Sales Office, both of which are in Princeton, New Jersey. Maryjane also worked as an Investment Associate and a Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, Metro Park Sales Office in Edison, New Jersey. She began her investment services career on Wall Street with the Institutional Brokerage firm of C.J. Lawrence Inc.

Maryjane attended St. John’s University in New York City.

Vice President, Client Service Officer

Jill Dondzila is a Vice President, Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She works closely with clients and helps them with any requests they may have while providing exceptional customer service.

Jill has over 16 years of financial services experience. Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, she served as a Client Experience Manager for Princeton Portfolio Strategies Group which was acquired by Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Prior to that, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Princeton, New Jersey. Jill also served as a Legal and Estate Team Supervisor, an Enrollments Representative, and an Account Maintenance Representative at Merrill Lynch Financial Advisory Center in Hopewell, New Jersey.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from William Paterson University.

Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer

Lisa Goldhamer is an Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Lisa is responsible for maintaining the highest quality service and responsiveness to clients, prospects, financial planners and wealth advisors in addition to meeting service expectations, ensuring the accuracy of client account administrative activities. She develops collaborative relationships with clients, financial planners and wealth advisors to create a compelling client experience and high level of service. Lisa has 26 years of progressive Trust and Operations experience. Additionally, she is well versed in investments, bank regulations, settlements, and customer service.

Prior to working at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Lisa was a Trust Operations Specialist at Amboy Bank in Old Bridge, New Jersey and an Operations Specialist at Synchrony Bank in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Lisa was also a Portfolio Manager at Wachovia Bank in Morristown, New Jersey and PNC Bank in Princeton, New Jersey.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John’s University and a M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.

Richard barrella

Client Service Office

Richie Barrella is a Client Service Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. He provides wealth advisors, staff and Bank clients one-of-kind responsive support for all wealth management issues. Additionally, he conducts client onboarding and manages the day-to-day relationships for a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

Richie previously served as Risk Payment Analyst at RushStreet Interactive where he audited accounts, utilized data analytics to detect fraud, and assisted in payment disputes. Prior to that, he held positions as Head of Partner Relations at SmartShop Delivery Inc. and Intern/Manager Assistant at Hanover Mutual Fund.

Richie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Masters in Science Organizational Leadership from Manhattan College. He is a volunteer coach for the Mamaroneck varsity baseball team and prior Junior Firefighter and present supporter of the Larchmont Fire Department.

Patricia sawka

Vice President, Client Services Team Leader

Pat Sawka is a Vice President, Client Services Team Leader with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Pat joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank in March 2002 from Fleet Bank, where she began her career with the former Somerset Trust Company in 1988 in the branch banking division and transferring into the Trust Division under Summit Bank. Her understanding of both branch banking and trust administration allows her to fully service clients. She services Agency and Custody accounts and handles Trusts and Estate Administration.

Pat received her Associate of Arts from Rider University and graduated from the Central Atlantic School of Trust, Investments and Relationship Management in 2005. Pat is a Managing Director and Trust Officer.

marco Jimenez

Client Service Officer

Marco Jimenez is a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. His role encompasses the assistance of advisors and clients with all client-related responsibilities. Some of those responsibilities involve the opening and closing of accounts and transfer of funds.

Marco brings to the Bank experience in the financial services industry, previously serving as Client Service Representative at New York Life Investment Management and Loan Service Analyst at Barclays.

Marco is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Comunication from Rutgers University.

jONATHAN TAMAKLOE

Client Service Officer

Jonathan Tamakloe is a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. He is responsible for strengthening client relationships by assisting with their personal financial needs while supporting the Company’s Wealth departments, promoting efficiency and collaboration.

Previously, Jonathan held the positions of Production Partner and Loan Officer at NJ Lenders Corporation where he aided in the origination of mortgages and mentored clients on financial management and investment strategies to meet their real estate goals. Prior to that, he served as Equity Research Analyst at BLK Capital Management, and Inside Sales Associate/Client Relations for the Gosselin Group of Sotheby’s.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Montclair State University and retains NMLS licensing for mortgage origination.

Client Service Officer

Alexander Tillman is a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. He is responsible for retaining and deepening client relationships by performing banking transactions and account processing. He also supports wealth advisors and other departments throughout Peapack-Gladstone Bank to help promote efficiency.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Alexander worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in Princeton, New Jersey.

Alexander holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Scranton. He also holds a New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License.

Vice President, Wealth Client Service Coordinator

Anna Neves is a Vice President, Wealth Client Service Coordinator with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She provides direct support to the Director of Client Service by managing projects, assisting with the oversight of third-party custodian relationships and operations and serving as an additional resource for other client service operations issues. Anna has over 35 years of financial services experience.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Anna served as Servicing Operations Senior Manager, Vice President at Investors Bank in Iselin, New Jersey. She also worked as a Premier Banking Manager, Vice President and a Customer Service/E-Business Manager, Vice President at Garden State Community Bank in Roseland, New Jersey. Before that, Anna held various positions at Valley National Bank in Wayne, New Jersey and at Penn Federal Savings Bank in West Orange, New Jersey.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Saint Peter’s College. She also participates in events held by the America Heart Association, Lupus Foundation and American Cancer Society.

Maureen Wolfenden is a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She provides accurate, timely, and effective support for clients by setting up new accounts and tracking activity. Maureen works closely with and escalates opportunities to her advisors.

Maureen has 14 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, she served as a Branch Manager at Columbia Bank in Bernardsville, New Jersey. She also worked as a Trust Assistant at PNC Bank in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Kean University. She is a member of the Women’s Auxiliary Post 119 in Dunellen, New Jersey.

Joan B. Chavez

Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer

Joan B. Chavez is an Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She works closely with senior advisors, financial analysts, and client service staff to drive and help oversee the behind-the-scenes operations. Joan is responsible for reviewing and evaluating current processes, account opening, initiating money transfers, and dealing with clients and managing their data. She has 35 years of financial services experience.

Previously, she worked as an Inside Sales Client Manager at E2W LTD. Joan also worked as a Vice President and Group Service Manager of the Global Private Bank Family Wealth Group at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Prior to that at Chase Manhattan Bank, NA, she served as a Vice President and Team Leader of the Private Bank Advisor Custody Group.

Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University.

Client Service Officer

Jennifer Cronin is a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She serves as a primary contact and provides the highest quality service and responsiveness to clients, prospects, financial planers, wealth advisors, and Certified Public Accountants in order to ensure the optimum client experience. Jennifer has over four years of financial services experience.

Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Jennifer worked in the Tax Department of Lassus Wherley, which was acquired by Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Prior to that, she served in the Management Training Program at AT&T where she worked in Accounting.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University. She has served as the Treasurer and Head of Personnel for the New Providence Community Pool for 12 years.

Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer

Annette B. Tucker is an Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She connects directly with clients and assists them with their requests while providing exceptional customer service. Annette is responsible for managing client accounts, reconciliations, and performance reporting. She also interfaces with various custodians, and collaborates with other CSOs on best practices and solutions for our clients. Annette has 13 years of financial services experience.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Annette worked for Point View Wealth Management, Inc., as a Client Service Manager. In her earlier career, Annette worked as an Office Manager at Grace Material Handling Company, and as an Executive Assistant for Logfret, Inc. and Universal Valve Company, Inc.

Annette holds a Corporate Assistant Certificate from The Katherine Gibbs School and attended Union County College. She is also a New Jersey Notary Public.

Samantha Ruggiero is an Assistant Vice President, Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She provides support for ultra high-net-worth clients and advisors, is the primary contact for custodians, leads the client onboarding process, and processes cash movement and service requests. Samantha has 10 years of financial services experience.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Samantha worked as a Personal Banker at Bank of America in New York City and as a Private Client Coordinator at AllianceBernstein in New York City. She also served as a Trust Administrative Officer II and Client Sales and Service Officer at US Trust in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University. She is a member of the Peapack-Gladstone Bank Cultural Ambassador’s Committee.

Senior Managing Director, Director of Client Service

Nicole Bonanno is a Senior Managing Director, Director of Client Service with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Nicole manages client service professionals and activities for the division, in addition to working with senior management on strategic wealth initiatives and projects.

Previously, as Managing Director, Client Service and Delivery at Peapack Private Wealth Management, Ms. Bonanno oversaw client systems and delivery as well as the management of operations following the acquisition of Quadrant by Peapack Private Wealth Management in 2017. Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, and as Director of Operations at Quadrant and Client Service Specialist, she played an integral role in the firm’s growth and led the firm’s client service and operations. Prior to that as Senior Sales Assistant at Smith Barney, LLP in Paramus and Operations Clerk at MJ Whitman in New York, NY, she provided high-touch client financial assistance and services.

Ms. Bonanno was an English Major at Montclair State University. She is a member of the HIFON, Wealth Management Operations Peer Group; participated as a CRM Panelist at the Inside Track, Fidelity 2019 Annual Conference, and selected in 2019 and 2020 as an industry panelist to participate in the Fidelity Operations Summit.

Connie Richardson

Client Service Officer

Connie A. Richardson is a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She is the liaison between clients and the custodians where assets are held. Connie has over 39 years of experience in the financial industry.

Prior to working for Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Connie worked at Murphy Capital Management which was recently acquired by Peapack-Gladstone Bank. She also served as a Trading Assistant and Sales Assistant at Shay Financials in Summit, New Jersey for over 20 years. Connie was also an Operations Assistant Manager at Printon Kane in Short Hills, New Jersey for 10 years.

Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from Ladycliff College.
