Financial Analyst

Noah Struss is a Financial Analyst with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Working out of the Bank’s Bedminster location, he provides monthly, quarterly and annual wealth revenue reporting as well as the analysis of data to paint a clear picture on performance. He also performs analysis on stock market and AUM data to track performance, in addition to booking revenue entries in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Prior to joining Peapack Private, Noah assisted clients with cash management and created NAV reporting packages detailing their monthly profit and loss, account positions, fees and monthly accruals at U.S. Bancorp.

Noah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization and Management studies with a minor in Business from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA.

Jason A. CappA

Assistant Vice President, Senior Wealth Management Systems Analyst

Jason A. Cappa is an Assistant Vice President, Senior Wealth Management Systems Analyst with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Based in Bedminster, NJ, he is a system administrator for wealth specific applications such as portfolio management, financial planning and client relationship management software. Jason works with recent business acquisitions to convert and integrate them onto uniform business applications. He is responsible for daily administration of wealth applications, provides training, and develops workflows and procedures for users of Tamarac, Salentica and E-money platforms.

Jason has 10 years of financial services experience with Peapack-Gladstone Bank with roles in client service and Wealth Operations. Prior to that he served as Assistant Property Manager for Morgan Properties.

Mr. Cappa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Media and Minor in Business Administration from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. He holds a New Jersey Real Estate Sales License and USA Tackle Football coaching certification. Jason also volunteers as a youth football coach for the Townships of Springfield, Millburn and Short Hills.

Jennifer Greenwood

Vice President, Business Analyst

Head of Wealth Operations

Mark Fox is a Managing Director at Peapack Private Wealth Management. He is responsible for wealth operations, service delivery and vendor relationships for the division.

Mark joined Peapack Private in 2018 following a 17-year career at U.S. Trust Company in New York where he was the National Custody Executive in charge of the Personal Custody Department with over $50 billion in AUA’s. He also managed the Family Office Solutions Product Team which provided accounting, performance and treasury management services to the UHNW client segment. In these roles, Mark had responsibility for client service delivery, product management and product development across the U.S. Trust national footprint. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Mark spent 11 years with Citi Private Bank. He began his career in private wealth management with J. Henry Schroder Bank in Manhattan.

Mark holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from Columbia University. He currently serves on the board of The Masterwork Chorus, a non-profit community chorus of 100 members based in Morristown and has served in leadership roles on several other non-profit boards over the last 25 years.

Jaime B.Szewczuk

Assistant Vice President, Financial Analyst

Jaime Szewczuk is an Assistant Vice President, Financial Analyst with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Based out of the Bank’s Bedminster location, she processes monthly and quarterly billing for all divisions of the Bank. Additionally, she analyzes information for Finance utilization in monthly and quarterly reporting.

Jaime has over 20 years of financial services experience previously serving as Client Service Officer at Lassus Wherley where for 15 years she processed quarterly billing and provided clients, advisors and CPA’s support for account openings, maintenance and cash needs while also providing direct client support.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of St. Elizabeth.

Assistant Vice President, Wealth Operations Manager

Linda E. Taquinto is an Assistant Vice President, Wealth Operations Manager, at Peapack Private Wealth Management. Linda has 36 years of financial services experience and is responsible for overseeing and performing daily tasks of the mutual fund as well as income collection of fee processing for the department. She evaluates and performs the work that needs to be accomplished and provides guidance for priority wealth management issues.

Prior to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Linda held positions at Town & Country Bank (Summit Bancorp); Prestige State Bank as Branch Manager, and at Advantage Bank. Roles at Peapack-Gladstone Ban included Branch Manager, Branch Administration, Peapack Private wealth Management Tax Department, and in her current position in Wealth Operations.

Linda is a member of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s LIFT Leadership Council. She is a graduate of the Atlantic School of Banking and attended Philadelphia College of the Arts (The University of the Arts) majoring in dance.

Genevieve Wietecha

Wealth Management Systems Analyst

Genevieve Wietecha is a Wealth Management Systems Analyst at Peapack Private Wealth Management. She is responsible for ensuring the functionality and setting-up capabilities of the Wealth Management trading platform (Tamarac) and CRM (Salentica), including data management, process design and automation, and wealth management end user support.

Previously, Genevieve served as a business consultant at Slalom and provided support in non-profit operations at Saint Paul’s Outreach. She is a former co-founder and sponsor of the New Brunswick Homeless Helpers, an initiative to serve the homeless population of the New Brunswick area.

Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ.

Wealth Operations Assistant Manager

Shane Cox is a Wealth Operations Assistant Manager with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Based at the Bank’s Headquarters in Bedminster, New Jersey, Shane is responsible for maintaining client and investment data across the Bank’s core systems. She collaborates with the Bank’s investment, wealth, and client service personnel to ensure accurate and timely system updates and support.

Shane has 37 years of financial services experience at Peapack-Gladstone Bank performing in various divisions and departments progressing from Bookkeeper/Proof Operator, Comptroller department, Trust Operations, Trust Administrative Assistant, and to her Current role in Trust Operations.

Wealth Management Systems Analyst

Sally Yacoub is a Wealth Management Systems Analyst at Peapack Private Wealth Management. Based out of the Bedminster, New Jersey office, she is responsible for posting transactions and the daily net settlement, as well as maintaining and assisting the billing and reconciliations for Peapack Private. In addition, Sally performs a daily reconciliation of sweep funds and processes all account closings.

Prior to joining Peapack Private Wealth Management, Sally held the title of Universal Banker at our Clinton location where she assisted clients and processed transactional financial requests, while providing the Bank’s white glove service.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts is History and Geography from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.

ROBERT J. SCHOLZ

Assistant Vice President, Business Analyst

Robert J. Scholz is an Assistant Vice President, Business Analyst with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Working out of the Bank’s Princeton location, he provides business analytics for investment management divisions of the Company.

With 33 years of financial services experience, prior to joining Peapack Private, Robert served as Operations Analyst at Princeton Portfolio Strategies Group where he performed business analytics for this boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Prior to that as Vice President, Trading and Investments at Princeton Capital Management, Inc., he performed investment analysis and trading for equity, fixed income/options and created new specific targeted funds to increase assets under management while also performing sales and marketing roles. He additionally served as Assistant Treasurer at Hornor, Townsend & Kent, LLC (The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company); Manager, Mutual Funds and Portfolio Analysis at SEI Corp.; and Registered Representative/Wholesaler at Independence Capital Management (The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company).

Mr. Scholz holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and French from Lynchburg College. He presently serves as Treasurer of his Homeowners Association.
