Christopher J. Colombo is a Senior Managing Director, Wealth Advisor Team Leader with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Christopher is a planning professional and lead point of contact for new and existing client relationships. In addition, Christopher manages a team of Wealth Advisors responsible for the development and coordination of comprehensive wealth management and financial plans. In working with individuals and their families, Christopher and his team ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive estate, tax and financial planning strategies to deliver the firm’s one-touch client service.
Mr. Colombo has over 30 years of financial services experience. Before joining Peapack Private Wealth Management, he served as First Vice President and Senior Trust & Estate Specialist at Merrill Lynch. As the Senior Specialist for their NY Metro Region, he specialized in devising asset management and estate planning strategies for affluent individuals and families. Prior to that Christopher served as a Relationship Manager at Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. in their New York office responsible for managing high net worth individual client relationships as well as former experience that includes consulting and auditing work in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co.
A resident of Morganville, New Jersey, Mr. Colombo holds a B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Seton Hall University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Wendy O'Ree is a Senior Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Wendy works with high net worth individuals, families and non-profit organizations to develop comprehensive wealth management plans that integrate investments and lending with planning strategies.
Wendy has 33 years of banking and financial services experiences. Prior to joining Peapack Private Wealth Management, Wendy was a private banking regional director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management responsible for a team of eight professionals within the Tri-State region overseeing new business development and account maintenance for lending and depository relationship. Previously, she was also a relationship manager for middle market commercial banking clients in NYC for BNY Mellon, and before that, vice president of sales and marketing at Global Crossing. Previously, she was the vice president, global capital markets strategy for RR Donnelley Financial. She was the director of investment banking and co-marketing head of NASDAQ AMEX. She was also a vice president, relationship manager for middle market commercial banking clients in NY and NJ for Fleet Bank (Bank of America).
Wendy received her bachelor of science in business and masters of business administration degrees from Monmouth University. She is also a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
Gary Pancoast is an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor responsible for providing high-net-worth clients fully integrated solutions, designed to provide multi-generational support. A seasoned and successful leader in the wealth management business, Gary has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, along with expertise in portfolio management, client acquisition, estate planning and private banking.
Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2013, Gary held a position at US Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management, directing high-performing teams focused on innovative client development strategies and first-class portfolio management, asset allocation, tax and estate planning, as well as private banking services. He also served as managing director where he successfully led the nation in the acquisition of new wealth management relationships, repeatedly earning the distinction of Top Producing Private Client Advisor in the greater Tri-State area.
Mr. Pancoast holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University where he was quarterback for the University’s football team. He is also a graduate of the Executive Certificate Program at Stanford University. Gary is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute and Trust School where he is a Certified Trust Financial Advisor Candidate, and is currently pursuing Accredited Investment Fiduciary and Certified Wealth Strategist certifications.
Patricia Daquila is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Patricia is responsible for preparation of tax returns for individuals, and estates and trusts. She works with both the investment management and financial planning teams in tax and estate planning.
Prior to joining Peapack Private, Patricia was a Senior Tax Advisor at Lassus Wherley & Associates from 1995 to 2020 focusing on individual, trust and estate filings. She earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2016 and assists in the preparation of financial plans. Her experience also includes work at Peat, Marwick, and Mitchell, now known as KPMG, serving as a Senior Accountant in the Audit Department. She has background in commercial banking, manufacturing, retail, and brokerage applications, including analyzing financial statements involving SEC regulatory exposure.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science from Montclair State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Certified Public Accountant. Patricia is a member of The New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, in addition to serving on the SAGE Eldercare Board of Trustees and Community Organization in New Providence.
Wealth Planning Analyst
Robert Gavin is a Wealth Planning Analyst with Peapack Private Wealth Management. He assists advisors in preparing investment decisions, tax strategies, selecting insurance policies, and retirement and estate planning. Robert evaluates clients’ financial health and determines how he may help them plan for specific life events.
Prior to becoming a Financial Planning Analyst, Robert worked as a Client Service Officer for the Platinum Service Team at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In September 2022, he will begin the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certificate Program through Dalton Education at New York University in September 2022.
Gary E. Walker is a Senior Managing Director, Wealth Advisor for Peapack Private Wealth Management. He is a lead point of contact for the Bank’s new and existing individual client relationships in the development and coordination of comprehensive wealth management plans, offering the Bank’s full array of customized, private banking services. In working with individuals and family relationships, he is responsible for implementing and monitoring comprehensive estate, tax and financial planning while providing the Bank’s one-touch client service.
Mr. Walker has over 37 years of experience in both the financial services and legal arenas. Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, he served as Vice President, Relationship Manager at Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. As the senior wealth advisor for their Morristown and Princeton, New Jersey offices, he worked with clients and their outside advisors on estate, tax and financial planning solutions for their most complex family relationships. Prior to that Gary served as an attorney in the private law sector most recently as a Partner at Herold and Haines, P.A., specializing in estate and tax planning as well as trust and estate litigation and administration. Mr. Walker’s former experience also includes service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent.
A resident of Bernardsville, New Jersey, Mr. Walker holds a B.S. in Accounting, summa cum laude from Manhattan College, a JD, Cum Laude from Boston College Law School, a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M) from New York University School of Law and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Gary has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mid-Jersey Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society; Member, Board of Trustees of the Somerset Hills YMCA; Member, Board of Trustees of the Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center; and President of the Greater Middlesex/Somerset Estate Planning Council. He is the immediate past President of the Board of Trustees of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and a Member of the Bergen County Estate Planning Council. Peter Wallburg is a Senior Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Peter is responsible for working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, endowments and not-for-profit organizations to develop and provide comprehensive wealth management advice that incorporates financial planning, lending and portfolio investment strategies.
Peter brings with him 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving most recently as senior director of wealth management at BNY Mellon Wealth Management where he led two groups of senior portfolio managers, wealth strategists, trust officers, and bankers for the New York-New Jersey marketplace. In previous roles at Bank of New York Mellon and Chemical Bank, Peter was instrumental in middle market lending and in the management and expansion of portfolio loans and other credit facilities, coordination of sales, business development and market initiatives in a diverse range of industries.
Peter earned an A.B. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and M.B.A. in Finance from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. Cynthia Aiken is Senior Managing Director, Senior Wealth Planner, at Peapack Private Wealth Management. She is a Certified Financial Planner®, working closely with clients to help them develop and implement strategies for achieving their short and long-term financial goals. Cynthia provides customized, comprehensive planning in all aspects of her clients’ financial lives.
Cynthia has over 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to specializing in Financial Planning, she served as a Wealth Advisor guiding clients with planning and investment management. She started her financial career in Investment Banking focusing on municipal finance, asset-backed securitization and corporate finance.
A resident of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Cynthia holds a B.A. from Lehigh University, a M.A. from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Sarah Vehap is a Wealth Planner with Peapack Private Wealth Management. She manages a broad range of wealth solutions including estate, retirement and financial planning as well as education and philanthropic planning.
Sarah recently transitioned to private wealth management after several years in wholesale business development in the fashion industry and has a track record of building extensive client relationships. Much of her career has been focused on sales, financial planning, business analysis and relationship management. Prior to joining Peapack Private Wealth Management, Sarah held senior positions at Tapestry Inc. and Ralph Lauren in New York City.
Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, with a concentration in Hospitality Management, and earned her MBA from Montclair State University. She previously completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and has served with several local charity organizations.
Lisa McKnight is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Lisa is responsible for the development of financial plans for individuals and families. She is a member of the financial planning and investment committees and coordinates the firms special projects. Her planning and investment management tasks involve gathering relevant financial information, setting life goals, examining current financial strategy and devising plans which assist clients in having a thoughtful approach to managing wealth and accomplishing their life goals. Overall, Lisa works closely with clients on all financial matters.
Prior to joining Peapack Private, Lisa was a financial planner and Wealth Advisor with Lassus Wherley from 2006 to 2020 providing planning and investment advice to high net worth clients. Previously, she also held the position as Senior Credit Analyst in the Equipment Finance Group of Citigroup’s CitiCapital Commercial Corporation. Her background includes expertise in lease and loan applications, financial statement analysis, credit checks, collateral evaluations, and researched debtor/guarantor history, and industry trends across a diverse customer base.
Lisa holds a B.S. from Seton Hall and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Lisa is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Investment Advisor Representative. She is a board member of the FPA NJ, and co-chairs the FPA NJ Women’s Group. Lisa is a New Providence Borough Council member and sits on several Borough committees and advisory boards.
Betty Thomas is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor. Betty is responsible for investment plans, monitors performance in client portfolios and as a member of the investment team weighs in on decisions affecting future directions in the firm. She also prepares financial plans and undertakes special projects to address clients' financial concerns. Betty communicates with clients on questions in all areas of financial advisory services, providing services to traditional and non-traditional couples and families.
Prior to joining Peapack Private, Betty was a financial planner with Lassus Wherley & Associates from 1999 to 2018 and a Wealth Advisor 2018 to 2020 providing planning and advice to clients. She also has a background in insurance products useful in risk analysis and evaluation. Her previous experience included Financial Consultant for Hudson Traders Investment as both a sales representative for various financial products, and in operations where she monitored product sales, and compiled sales/product reports.
Betty holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She is a board member and Co-Treasurer of Hyssop Housing Inc and RAIN Foundation. Betty has been quoted several times in the online publication NJ Biz Brain.
Matthew Yard is a Financial Planning Analyst with Peapack Private Wealth Management. He is responsible for retaining and strengthening client relationships by aiding them with their needs. He also supports Wealth Advisors and other departments to help promote efficiency while they work.
Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Matthew served as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in Wall Township.
Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Scranton. He also holds a New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License and Series 6TO. Matthew has taken the Securities Industry Essentials Exam®.
Dawn Brown is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Dawn is responsible for the development of broad-based financial plans for high net worth clients. Colleen McCormick is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Colleen is involved in all aspects of the financial plan, including insurance, investments, income tax, retirement, and estate planning.
Prior to joining Peapack Private Wealth Management, Colleen was the Chief Operating Officer of Donlin, Recano and Company, Inc., a start-up private company that pioneered case management services for large corporate bankruptcies, providing full service consulting, technical and administrative support services to companies facing the complexities of corporate restructurings. In her 20+ years at Donlin, Recano, Colleen set-up and managed a variety of complex in-house and client-facing projects. She began her career as a financial analyst in the turnaround/workout of distressed luxury hotel companies.

Michael R. Flynn is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. He advises private, high-net worth individuals and affluent families on how to invest their portfolios and plan their finances to meet their personal financial goals. Michael offers a wide range of services including risk, investment, tax, retirement, and estate planning.
Michael has over 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, he worked as a Financial Planner at Prudential Advisors; Financial Advisor at LPL Financial and Edward Jones Investments; and as a Manager at Prudential Financial. Raymond C. Radigan is a Senior Managing Director and Wealth Advisor with Peapack Private. Ray has more than 35 years in the industry serving as a private banker, responsible for leading and managing top performing trust officers, portfolio managers, private bankers, wealth strategist and sales teams. As Senior Managing Director and Regional Trust Team Lead at First Republic Trust Company, Raymond managed the Northeast Trust and Custody Team activity in NY, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, where he focused on prospecting and onboarding all new trust and estate settlement accounts in the region. Prior to First Republic, Ray was the SVP Head of Trust and Estate Planning at T.D. Bank, NA, where, as the Chief Fiduciary Officer, he was responsible for implementing strategic business plans for fiduciary activity and managed the personal trust activity and the financial and estate planning activity for the bank. At U.S. Bank, a position Raymond held prior to joining T.D., he was part of the management team that developed a strategic business plan for the bank’s NY office.
Raymond began his banking career as the Associate Attorney for the Trust and Estate Division of Shea and Gould. He developed his career over the years with senior level wealth management, trust, and relationship management positions at several of the top financial institutions in the country including North Fork Bank, Bank of New York, and Bank of America/U.S. Trust.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College and is a graduate of the School of Management’s honors program. He holds a JD from St. John’s University of Law. He is a frequent speaker at various estate planning seminars offered by the American Bankers Association, New York State Bankers Association, the Practicing Law Institute, and the New York State CPA Society. Vernon Cole is a Managing Director, Client Advisor with Peapack Private Wealth Management. With over 25 years of industry experience, Vernon is a dedicated relationship builder and financial planner helping high-net-work individuals and families achieve their financial and life goals.
Before joining Peapack Private, Vernon held the position of Senior Vice President of Financial Planning, Wealth Management at Newport Capital Group in Red Bank, NJ where he tailored investment portfolios and financial planning to meet individual client needs; and as Vice President, Relationship Manager at Rockefeller Capital Management in NYC, he consistently delivered on expectations in the formulation of customized financial plans for individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and not-for-profit organizations for over 17 years. Mr. Cole’s prior experience in the financial services arena also includes that of Vice President, Private Banking Services Group, Deutsche Bank, Private Wealth Management Group; Assistant Treasurer, Global Investment Services, Chase Manhattan Bank NA; and Bond Fund Portfolio Executive, Unit Investment Trust, Chase Manhattan Bank, NA.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College, The State University of New Jersey. Vernon is also a member of the Financial Planning Association® (FPA®) in both the New York and National Chapters. Additionally, Vernon holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 Licenses. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, National Chapter (FPA) and New York Chapter (FPANY).
Bruce Severance is a Managing Director, Wealth Advisor at Peapack Private Wealth Management. Prior to Peapack Private, Bruce worked at Lucas Capital Management as a portfolio manager. Before joining Lucas Capital Management, Bruce spent eight years as one of five portfolio managers with H. G. Wellington on Wall Street. Before that he spent 16 years with Smith Barney/Shearson. He started with Chase Manhattan Bank and had co-managed a family magazine subscription business. Bruce is a graduate of the South Kent School, Rutgers University, and did some graduate work at New York University.
